Softcore Skills Private Limited is fundamentally committed to impartiality and independence in all its inspection, auditing, and assessment activities. Top management understands the critical importance of impartiality in carrying out inspection and food safety audit activities, manages potential conflicts of interest, and ensures the absolute objectivity of its operations.

The organization, its Director Mr. Pushpendra Kumar Soni, and all inspection and audit personnel are free from any commercial, financial, or other pressures that might influence their technical judgment. Softcore Skills does not engage in any activities that may conflict with its independence of judgment and integrity in relation to its inspection services.

Specifically:

  • Inspection and audit personnel are not the designer, manufacturer, supplier, installer, purchaser, owner, user, or maintainer of the items or facilities inspected.
  • Remuneration of inspection personnel is not dependent on the number of inspections carried out nor on the results of such inspections.
  • All clients receive objective, non-discriminatory, and standardized inspection protocols governed exclusively by technical criteria and test benchmarks.
